Notification of copyright infringement under the DMCA
The site contains trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, company names or logos owned by their respective owners. Please provide ApkDrone with the following information when filing a notice of infringement.
- Signed by an authorized developer or development team on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is claimed to have been infringed. Providing a copy of a “Physical Authorization Letter” to third-party agencies is necessary for them to address all their copyright issues.Identification of the copyrighted work that was allegedly infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works were allegedly infringed at the same online site, a representative list of these works.

- Providing the service provider with sufficient information to allow it to contact the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address to reach the complaining party.
- The party filing the complaint believes in good faith that the alleged misuse of the material does not come from the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.The statement that all the information in the notification is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, the complaining party has authority to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed (Note that under Section 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that a material or activity infringes upon another’s intellectual property may be liable for damages.
